To use this paste see our Recipe section and follow the directions to make ‘Aloo Matar  - Potato and Pea Curry’ or simply add it to your cooking for a great curry flavour!
Brinjal Pickle

This is an Eggplant pickle that tastes great as an accompaniment to any curry or an excellent addition to anything from hot and cold meat to sandwiches.
It has a sweet taste with just a little spice as well - but not too much! 
Try it on your ‘Aloo Matar’ curry recipe.
Tomato Kussoundi

This is another accompaniment to any curry to add a little spice and some great flavour.
Tomato Kussoundi is a great addition to your BBQ giving steaks and sausages that extra little zing! Also tastes great on sandwiches with a little meat from the deli and some cheese.
